How our fees work
At Adler Legal we understand that reasonable and transparent fees are as important to you as your business is to us.
 

New Enquiries
We offer a free 15 minute telephone conversation with new clients, this way, we can establish if and how we can assist you.

Wills and Probate Applications
Our professional fees for our initial consultation with a new client is fixed at $550.00 plus GST.  Our initial consultations are held to provide a platform for us to discuss your story and your estate planning needs so that we can obtain all the relevant information required in order to understand the scope of work involved so we can then provide you with a fixed fee costs agreement for your estate matter for your review and consideration.

Property Transactions

Please note these fees vary depending upon the complexity of your transaction, the prices listed are estimates.

If you are selling property                         $2,750 + GST + disbursements
If you are purchasing property                 $2,750 + GST + disbursements

*If you do not wish to proceed after we have provided advice to you on the contract, we reserve the right to render an account for work completed and disbursements incurred on your matter up to and including the time at which such instructions are provided, which is estimated around $500.

Disputed matters
For disputed matters, such as family provision claims, we bill at our hourly rates, but will always provide you with a costs agreement stating our estimated costs.
